Golf-Weather delays early start to final round at Kapalua

KAPALUA, Hawaii, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Tee times for Sunday's final round at the Mercedes-Benz Championship were pushed back two-and-a-quarter hours after heavy thunderstorms rolled through the area earlier in the day.
